About Us

In 2011, Yellow Squash Office was created so I could work from home while being a full-time mother to my blended family of six children. Gone are the days of convincing business owners that a virtual assistant could add immense value and that digital marketing is as crucial as traditional marketing, if not more so. Thanks to the balloon of social media and in no small part to COVID, digital marketing, working remotely, and fractional online support is now commonplace.

By 2014, this introvert was lovingly dragged into the world of digital marketing. I grew to love all things marketing and branding. I was fortunate then and now to partner with other mom-prenuers like Cheryl Henderson-Khalid, owner of KAFE Digital Marketing. Working with KAFE showed me that I wanted a fully transparent business. No "trade secrets" but a spirit of community lifting each other up. A kindred spirit in life and business, we work together to create a network of like-minded individuals that wish to support and build the community one small business at a time.
